- The state’s improvement process and related training/materials should include training specifically geared toward improving the understanding of superintendents and other key district-level leaders(i.e., deputy/assistant superintendents, board of education members in how to model and set the stage for effective district-wide use of relevant data for instructional decision-making.
- Training and resources designed to support superintendents and other key district-level leaders in leading effective district-wide use of relevant data for instructional decision-making must be incorporated as part of the state’s improvement process (i.e., OIP-OLAC) for such training/resources to be used across the state.
